New Students

We are excited to work with you on your academic and spiritual journey. This page provides important information to assist you as you begin your program with us. Please do not hesitate to contact the Student Services team if anything is unclear or if you have any questions or concerns during your time at USML.

Each student will receive a USML email account after being admitted into their program of study. All official communications from USML’s School of Parish Leadership and Evangelization will be sent exclusively to your university-provided email address. Please note that in adherence to our privacy and security policies, the university reserves the right to refuse the distribution of confidential information to individuals not using their official university email account. It is imperative that you regularly check your student email account to avoid missing important updates.

SONIS is USML’s student information system, where you can review your class schedule, register for courses, update contact information, and more. Additionally, all student billing statements, including tuition fees, financial aid disbursements, and more, can be accessed conveniently through SONIS.
