The Traveling Crosses

Most items in our museum are the result of very generous benefactors.  Mrs. Olive Wasem is one such benefactor.  While not of great monetary value, the collection of crosses and crucifixes she spent years acquiring is of great interest to any Catholic.  There are more than 500 crosses in the collection, a few of which are currently on display in Feehan Memorial Library’s reading room.  From crosses less than an inch across to more than 2 feet across, these pieces have come to us from all over the world.  Please come into the library and prepare to be awestruck by the sheer number of these objects of faith.
