27th Celebration of Mundelein: An Evening of Tribute

Thank you for your interest in supporting Mundelein Seminary and honoring Monsignor Michael Boland. Due to COVID-19, we are postponing the Celebration of Mundelein. We are researching our options and will provide an update to all those registered and invited once we have rescheduled. If you have any questions, please contact Judi Golemba at jgolemba@usml.edu or 847-970-4841

Father John Kartje, rector of Mundelein Seminary, invites you to join us for the 27th anniversary of our signature annual dinner event. Current seminarians will join the greater Mundelein community of supporters, faculty, and alumni priests to celebrate our faith and look to the future as we honor Monsignor Michael M. Boland (Mundelein Seminary Class of 1986) with the As Those Who Serve Award.

Through his visionary leadership of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago–an organization founded by George Cardinal Mundelein in 1917–Monsignor Boland made an immeasurable impact on the city of Chicago. The transformational work of Catholic Charities expanded tremendously under his watchful direction offering hope to those on the margins of society.

The proceeds from this event benefit transformative programs such as the Holy Land Study Pilgrimage made each year by third-year seminarians, the Tolton Teaching Parish Program immersive pastoral experience, and other vital needs of Mundelein Seminary.

We look forward to having you join us. Together with you in Christ, We Are Mundelein. We form Parish Priests.
