Advent Reflection

Join us on a spiritual odyssey this Advent season as the University of Saint Mary of the Lake proudly presents its annual Advent Reflection, directed by our Rector and President, Father John Kartje.

Reflection Theme:

“How can this be?”
Luke 1:34

Saturday, December 6, 2025
9:15 am – 1:30 pm

Set against the backdrop of our beautiful historic campus, this spiritual experience offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the season. Amidst the tranquility, let the Advent spirit envelop you as we prepare our hearts for the joyous celebration of Christ’s birth.

Gather with fellow participants, share in moments of reflection, and build a sense of community as we collectively prepare for the Advent season. This retreat is an opportunity to deepen your faith, forge connections with like-minded individuals, and experience the true meaning of this sacred time.
