Congratulations to our C4 class! May Our Lady guide you.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in prayer!

Congratulations to Archbishop-Elect Ronald Hicks

Congratulations to Archbishop-Elect Ronald Hicks, Mundelein alum (M.Div. ’94, D.Min. ’03), current USML Board of Advisors member, and former Dean of Formation, on his appointment to the Archdiocese of New York! His passion for evangelization, care for the marginalized, and experience in priestly formation will be a great blessing for the people of New York.

Join us on April 7th and 8th for the Cardinal Albert Meyer Lecture featuring Dr. Hosffman Ospino. More information, registration information, and the full event schedule is coming soon.

Dr. Hosffman Ospino is a native of Colombia, where he pursued undergraduate studies in Philosophy. He holds an M.A. in theology with a concentration in Church History and a Ph.D. in Theology and Education from Boston College. His research explores the dialogue between faith and culture and the impact of this interchange upon Catholic theological education, catechesis, and ministry. He has served as the principal investigator for several nationally recognized studies on how the Hispanic Catholic presence is transforming parishes, schools and organizations. He has authored and edited more than a dozen books. He is a frequent speaker at national and international events. He is actively involved in ministry and faith formation projects in various parts of the United States.

Dr. Matthew Levering Interview

In December the Encyclopedia of Catholic Theology interviewed Dr. Matthew Levering on our campus as part of a new profile series. Dr. Levering is also a member of the ECT Board of Advisors. We are proud of our faculty’s global impact!

Online Short Courses:
How to Live a Liturgically Structured Life

This course defines what is meant by “structures” and how their purpose in the spiritual life is to foster the virtues. Both the benefits as well as some dangers of structures are examined. The course then reviews how structures are at work in the liturgy and walks viewers through how to apply structures to their personal life as well as to family or community life.
