| What has been your favorite/most memorable story of your time at Mundelein thus far? | The happiest people I know are priests, religious brothers and religious sisters. They are in love with their ministry. They are in love with the people they serve. At the worst times in the lives of people, they come to the Church. At the happiest times in the lives of people, they come to the Church. The Church is here to bring hope and healing when people are in sorrow. The Church is here to celebrate and commemorate times of great joy. The Church and her ministers manage to find the best in people and let that shine through. Mundelein Seminary allows me to see this up-close and personal in class, in formation and in my Teaching Parish. It’s a great privilege to be here with so many joyful people who selflessly share their life and love with the world. |
