Vocation Story

I was a sophomore in high school when I fell in love with Jesus. In growing in my relationship with him, I slowly began to love his Church more and more. While in high school, I honestly asked Jesus what his will was for me. Through prayer, I believed he was inviting me into the seminary and to serve his people as an ordained priest. However, I was afraid to take such a bold step. I “used” college to get more time and clarity, but by my junior year I surrendered! I trusted he would guide me even though I did not have absolute certainty of what the future held. I entered Mundelein Seminary the fall after my college graduation. I have no regrets. As I continue to follow his call, I understand more deeply God’s fidelity to me.

Priest Aspirations

I hope to become a holy priest and bring many souls to Jesus.

How can Mundelein's donors and community pray for you?

Please pray that we can strengthen each other for the mission of the Church.
