Tidbit | I can drink coffee and still fall asleep. |
Favorite Saint | St. Teresa of Avila |
Favorite Devotion | Praying the Rosary and the Novena to the Holy Spirit. |
Vocation Story | While in high school, I had various scholarships and offers to play baseball and study for the university of my dreams but in the back of my mind the thought of priesthood was always lingering there. I was in the chapel praying and came upon the verse, “Leave everything you have and follow Me,” and at that moment I knew that the decision of what to do with my life was geared towards the priesthood. |
Priest Aspirations | To lead others to the path of holiness by celebrating the sacraments. |
What has been your favorite/most memorable story of your time at Mundelein thus far? | I love to walk around the campus and just take in the fact that I am here studying at such a beautiful place. St. John of the Cross says “Remember always that you came here for no other reason than to be a saint; thus let nothing reign in your souls that does not lead you to sanctity,” (729, Degrees of Perfection, Special Councils) and this just brings everything to perspective. |
How can Mundelein's donors and community pray for you? | Remember to pray to the Holy Spirit on behalf of all students. Thank you for all you do for me. |
