Vocation Story

I grew up Catholic and at a young age had a special devotion to Our Lady and the rosary. The idea of priesthood had been presented to me periodically, but I questioned whether it was something I personally wanted or if it was just something others “saw in me”. In high school, I began to doubt my faith and ask a lot of questions. As I searched for answers and learned more about the Church and its practices, I began to desire a deeper relationship with Christ and His Bride. This continued through college and into the working world. As I continued to grow in my relationship with Him, I saw the blessings and generosity of the Lord; experiencing His deep love for me. It is this love and generosity that made me decide I wanted to be generous with Him and answer the call to feed His sheep.
