Vocation Story

I always had a curiosity about the Priesthood, but I never really knew how to act on it. Growing up I always had a passion for art, and I wanted to hopefully make a career out of it. After high school I went off to Iowa State University. To my surprise in the midst of college life I found my passion for art was being outweighed by my growing passion for Our Lord. This new passion steered my life to leave Iowa State and enter St. Joseph College Seminary. There I came to a deeper understanding of priesthood and myself. To this day I know that I made the right decision in following Christ. God willing, I hope one day to be a priest of Jesus Christ in the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Priest Aspirations

I hope to bring Jesus Christ to His people and through the sacraments immerse His people in the Merciful Love that pours from His Sacred Heart

How can Mundelein's donors and community pray for you?

Please pray for me that my heart and mind may continue to be formed after Our Lord’s own Heart and Mind.
