Vocation Story

When I was around 8 years old my parish received a new young Pastor. At this time I was not involved in my parish, I only went to Mass on Sundays with my family. But the devotion with which he celebrated the Eucharist and the sense of deep prayer that he reflected moved me to think about the priesthood. So some time later I decided to enter the group of altar boys in my parish to be closer to the altar and to learn more. Soon after I started spiritual direction with my Pastor and this made me deepen my spiritual life and my love for priesthood. This led me to enter Seminary after finishing High School at the age of 16.

Priest Aspirations

Being able to reconcile people with God in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Also to accompany people in their relationship with Christ and help them grow closer to Him.

How can Mundelein's donors and community pray for you?

Ask God to form my heart according to His own heart, the heart of the Good Sheppard.
