Blessings for Our 2019 Holy Land Pilgrims

Led by our rector Father John Kartje, our community gathered at our morning daily Mass to bless the group of third-year seminarians who will soon be leaving to spend several weeks on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. This journey is a critical element of our priestly formation, as we will have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Jesus in the places and spaces where he embarked on his ministry–from Bethlehem to Galilee to Jerusalem. This spiritual pilgrimage will allow the Sacred Scriptures to come alive for us as we deepen our relationship with the Lord.
