Deacon Michael Groth of the Diocese of Joliet will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, June 20 at 10 a.m CT. The next day–on Father’s Day–he will preside over his Mass of Thanksgiving and welcome his own father into the Catholic Church with the sacraments of initiation.
