We are glad that you can join us for the Ordination of Priests on June 29, 2020. In order to comply with guidelines of the State of Illinois and the Archdiocese of Chicago, we are asking each person attending the ordination to please wear a face mask or face covering for the entirety of the celebration. Please also know that ushers will help you to sanitize your hands as you enter church and as you prepare to come forward to receive Holy Communion. Finally, we ask that if you are feeling ill or running a fever on the day of the ordination, that you please not attend out of an abundance of caution.
For persons with disabilities, please know that reserved parking is located on the east side of the church and that you may enter through the east doors located right there. For all others, we ask that you please plan to enter through the main (south) doors of the church. Also, please know that the restrooms at St. John Brebeuf Church are located at the south entrance to the church.
In order to maintain social distancing during the ordination Mass and to accommodate the maximum number of allowed persons safely, all seats will be assigned in advance, by household. You will receive a ticket with your seating information by email a few days before ordination. Please print this out and bring it with you to church. An usher will help to seat you.
